appreciating this moment

Spring transforms me. I honestly feel like a different person when the trees are green and the amazing Texas wildflowers are in bloom. We have had so much rain that everything is absolutely lush with blossoms and vibrant color. At this time of the year I can forgive Texas her bleak winters, pancake landscape and scorching summers. I drink in this beauty as I know it does not endure.
